Meet the Business Office Staff
Jackie – Jackie has been with RHCC for seven years during which time she has held positions in the long term care facility and transcription/coding. She began working in the Business Office in May 2017 as the billing specialist and is responsible for getting medical bills out the door for the hospital, clinic and long term care facility. This is in addition to transcription and coding she continues to do for the medical providers in the facility.
Melissa – Melissa began working at RHCC in 2000. She spent time in both the long term care facility and central supply before joining the Business Office in 2014 as the insurance resolution specialist. She spends many hours working with insurance companies investigating claim and payment statuses as well as being responsible for the charge master to ensure the procedures are billed accurately.
Colette – Colette joined us in February 2017 and has a dual role in the Business Office and Transportation Department. When she is helping in the Business Office she is our billing statement specialist and gets the statements out the door on a weekly rotation. Her role in the Transportation Department is that of coordinator; and is who you call for your transportation needs. You may also see her as a driver on occasion as she provides back up coverage if needed.
