Members Named “Best Nursing Homes” in Montana
Broadwater Health Center (Townsend), Faith Lutheran Home (Wolf Point), Rosebud Health Care Center (Forsyth), Pondera Medical Center Long-Term Care (Conrad) and Garfield County Health Center (Jordan) have been named “Best Nursing Homes” by the latest annual U.S. News & World Report. The five facilities are among eight in the state to receive an overall rating of 4.5 stars or above for 2016-2017.
The ratings are based on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Five-Star Quality Rating System, which analyzes medical, health inspection, staffing and other key quality determinants.
