Hospital Services
Our acute care unit offers comprehensive medical care delivered by our skilled medical team. This team consists of a Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, and other highly trained staff. The majority of our patient rooms have been converted to private rooms to offer the privacy and dignity to promote your healing.
Emergency Room
Our 3 bed Emergency Room is staffed with a Registered Nurse and is open 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Our Medical Provider is on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Residents of the area are served by ambulances staffed by fully trained EMT crews who are certified to provide advanced life support. RHCC works closely with both trauma centers in Billings to provide the highest level of care for our patients.
Skilled Care
RHCC is able to offer our patients specialized skilled care. Our skilled bed service allows a patient to return to their community for physical therapy or nursing management following surgery, stroke, or reconditioning following a lengthy illness. Skilled patients may require wound care, IV administration, or medication management. We encourage family involvement to assist in the transition from hospital to home.
Outpatient Services
We also offer outpatient services that allow patients to remain in their own homes and still manage their medical needs by coming in to RHCC for outpatient services. Services include: IV therapy, wound care, blood transfusions, and free blood pressure checks. Chemotherapy pump removal & medication injections.
Heli-Pad
A heli-pad is also located on the premises for patients in critical condition. The heli-pad was built as an Eagle Scout project by Nick Sessions in 2012. It included a new cement pad, reflective paint, and solar aviation lights.
Lab
RHCC’s Laboratory Department is CLIA certified and offers a wide range of laboratory services. Telemedicine
RHCC offers our patients the convenience of provider visits from outside locations, eliminating the need to travel. Educational opportunities. Appointments available with outside providers for medical and mental healthcare visits. 24 hour Telehealth consults available for Emergency, Neuro, and Pediatric patients.
